Returns & Exchanges

The Vauguste Empire team is constantly investing in policies so that our customers are always satisfied. You can request an exchange or return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. The following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must be returned in its original packaging;
  2. The product must show no signs of use, in the same condition it was received;
  3. The product must be returned with all original tags, manuals, and accessories attached.

Important: we cannot accept returns if the above conditions are not met.

How to request an exchange or return

Email customerservice@vaugusteempire.com with:

  1. Product name;
  2. Order number;
  3. Email used at checkout;
  4. Reason for the exchange or return;
  5. Photo or video showing the issue, if applicable.

Once confirmed, we'll provide the return address and refund the product and shipping cost.

Refund methods

  • Credit card refund: may take up to two billing cycles to appear after we process the return.
  • Bank transfer: processed within 10 business days after the return is confirmed. Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser's account.
