Track Your Order

Every Vauguste Empire order ships with a tracking number. Here's how to follow your package:

  1. Check your email. As soon as your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a direct tracking link.
  2. Click the link in that email to see real-time updates.
  3. No email? Check your spam or promotions folder, or look up your tracking number at 17TRACK, which follows packages across all major carriers.

Good to know

  • Tracking can take 1–2 business days to show the first update after you receive your number.
  • Packages sometimes pause between scans while moving between facilities. This is normal, and your order is still on its way.
